Welcome to Interior Refinishing & Restoration. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use our services.
1. Definitions
- Client: The person or entity hiring the services of Interior Refinishing & Restoration.
- Services: All services provided by Interior Refinishing & Restoration, including but not limited to interior refinishing and restoration.
- Agreement: The contract between the Client and Interior Refinishing & Restoration for the provision of Services.
2. Acceptance of Agreement
The Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions by requesting any service from Interior Refinishing & Restoration. The agreement becomes effective upon the acceptance of the quote or the signing of the contract.
3. Services
Interior Refinishing & Restoration commits to providing the requested services in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards. Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
4. Payments
The Client agrees to pay the total amount agreed upon for the services rendered. Payments must be made within the timeframe specified in the contract. Interior Refinishing & Restoration reserves the right to charge interest on late payments.
5. Project Modifications
Any changes or modifications to the project requested by the Client may be subject to additional charges. These modifications must be agreed upon in writing.
6. Cancellation and Refund
The Client may cancel the contract at any time before the service begins, but a cancellation fee of % will apply. No refunds will be provided once services have commenced.
7. Warranty
Interior Refinishing & Restoration warrants that all services will be performed professionally. However, no additional warranties are provided beyond what is required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Interior Refinishing & Restoration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. In any case, our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content created by Interior Refinishing & Restoration as part of the service is the exclusive property of the company until full payment has been made by the Client.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information and materials provided during the course of the contractual relationship.
11. Force Majeure
Interior Refinishing & Restoration will not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, or supply failures.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United States Florida. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States Florida.
13. Amendments to Terms
Interior Refinishing & Restoration reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately after being posted on our website or being communicated to the Client.
